Dollywood just recently announced they are once again bringing back their annual 5k event. It’s being held on November 10th at the park. Guests will be able to get into the Christmas spirit by running through this course that is illuminated by over 6 million Christmas lights! The race starts at 11pm on Friday November 10th.
Proceeds from the event will go towards two nonprofit organizations. The first being Keep Sevier Beautiful(KSB). They are a volunteer-based organization that aims to beautify public spaces, decrease litter, and help reduce waste and increase recycling efforts.
The second nonprofit the proceeds will go to is Share It Forward(SIF). They are a non-profit organization that helps the Dollywood Company employees and their families with a variety of programs.
This 5k race will be official and racers will be chipped to ensure an accurate reading of their times. It will be certified by the Knoxville Track Club.
Every finisher will receive a medal for participating in this 5k event.

When it’s time to race, you can do your race registration from 11am to 9pm at Dollywood’s Splash Country on the day of the event.
